Alex Wu
Bio
Alex Wu (she/they) is a queer Chinese-American film photographer and visual artist based in the East Bay. Her passion lies in capturing portraiture that affirms and uplifts intersectional and nonbinary identities. Their personal work emphasizes feelings of social isolation, loneliness, vulnerability, and nostalgia. She is the co-founder and current editor and head of art design for the Oakland-based queer art collective, Ouch! Collective.
