We will be walking at 1pm on the first Sunday of the month, June 2nd. Bring any camera you like, and be prepared to wander and shoot for up to an hour.
This month we’ll be starting from the EBPCO Darkroom! We are using this walk as an opportunity to offer a mini open house for the darkroom, and to celebrate the one-year anniversary of its opening! Come poke around and see what it’s all about! We will open our doors to you at 12 noon, will leave on our walk at 1pm, and we will end our walk here, around 2pm, with beverages and snacks.
Bonus opportunity: if you shoot b&w roll film (120 or 35mm) on the walk, you can take advantage of our film developing station after the walk! Free for today only, though donations gratefully accepted.
The EBPCO Darkroom is located at 412 13th St., Downtown Oakland CA.
This month’s featured photo by Hannah Rohret.
EBPCO’s bimonthly photo walks are a great way to connect with other photographers while exploring and photographing an interesting Oakland location.
Our photo walks are free and OPEN TO ALL! Bring your camera(s) and your creativity. All cameras welcome, including phones.
